FC&A Reader

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of FC&A Reader (the "Service"), a digital reading and listening subscription provided by Frank W. Cawood & Associates, Inc., 103 Clover Green, Peachtree City, GA 30269 ("FC&A", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

FC&A Reader gives subscribers access to read and listen to the books in our digital library through our website and mobile apps. The library may change over time as we add or, occasionally, remove titles. A subscription is a license to access the library while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of any book. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. One subscription is for one person's personal, non-commercial use.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

We offer a monthly plan ($7.99 per month) and a yearly plan ($59.99 per year), in US dollars plus any applicable tax. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged at the end of the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. We will notify you before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Website orders. Our order process on this website is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all website orders and handles payment, billing, sales tax, and order-related customer service and returns.

App store orders. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is made with Apple or Google and is governed by their terms, including their billing, cancellation and refund policies.

4. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time. For website subscriptions, use your account page or the link in your receipt email. For app store subscriptions, use your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record, or publicly perform the books or narration; share your account; circumvent access controls or download limits; or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and health information

All books, narration, text and images are owned by FC&A or its licensors and protected by copyright. Our books provide general information and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor, financial advisor or other professional. Always consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the Service and these terms. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FC&A is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the Service

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may end the Service or your access with notice. If we end the Service while you have a paid period remaining, we will refund the unused portion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
