Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Frank W. Cawood & Associates, Inc. ("FC&A", "we") collects when you use FC&A Reader on the web or in our apps, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you choose to share it (for example when signing in with Apple or Google).
- Subscription status: your plan, trial and renewal dates, and where you subscribed. We do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Paddle.com (website), Apple or Google.
- Reading activity: your place in each book, bookmarks, and reading settings such as text size, so they can follow you across devices.
- Technical information: device type, app version, and basic logs needed to deliver books and audio and to fix problems.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: sign you in, check your subscription, deliver books and narration, and sync your reading.
- To support you and send service messages, such as receipts, trial reminders and important changes.
- To understand, in aggregate, which books are read so we can improve the library.
- To send news about FC&A books, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Supabase (account and database hosting)
- Cloudflare (book and audio file delivery)
- RevenueCat (subscription records)
- Paddle.com (website payments, as merchant of record), plus Apple and Google for app store purchases
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account > Delete account) or by emailing us. This permanently removes your account, reading positions and bookmarks. Payment records held by Paddle, Apple or Google are kept by them as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your information by emailing customerservice@fca.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people who need it, and book files are delivered through short-lived, signed links.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We will post any changes here and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app. Contact: customerservice@fca.com, Frank W. Cawood & Associates, Inc., 103 Clover Green, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
